My daughter(age 10) loves this set. She designed her first floor plan in one afternoon! I like that the pieces are to scale. For the price charged, I wish it came with a bag or some way to store the pieces. It would also be great if it came with more pieces of the tracing paper. She will burn through the sheets it came with rather quickly.

Very disappointing gift for my 10-yr-old daughter. The die-cut stencils were incompletely cut, so we had to re-cut each. The brown backing for the base seems to be affixed permanently, despite our efforts to remove it, as the instructions indicate. I appreciate the open-play, rule-free nature of the building set, but an idea booklet of some sort would've provided constructive starting points for designing buildings; no such help was included. The support bricks are too large to accommodate small rooms adjacent to each other. There are too few furniture/feature templates. In sum, as an architectural building set, this product isn't worth even a quarter of the retail cost. Very disappointing.

I purchased the product for my 11 yr old grandson and saw some of the work he completed and he is very much excited about the product and what he can do with it.

I read reviews before purchasing but decided to buy for my very creative granddaughter, 10, anyway. This product should be $29.99. The concept is good but the components (or lack of) are disappointing. The slots on the plastic blocks that hold the walls are too large so if you bump a wall, it comes apart. The walls are not very tall; a few sheets of paper are included for floor plans. I bought extra patterned, colored small papers for her to use with the templates for her art, drapes, furniture, etc. Overall very disappointing.

I really resisted buying this as a Christmas gift for my daughter (10). However, she wants to be a an architect and she really wanted this kit. I was leery about it due to the other reviews but didn't want to disappoint her. I should have known better and not purchased it. Definitely not worth the $80+ that I paid for it which is why I am so disappointed. If it was $30 then I would have given it a 3. The concept is great,but the materials are only mediocre. She has only used it once since she got it.

The panels are somehwat hard and they don't really fit to your design. And it should come with more paper.

it was fab except that we did not get the plastic piece to stick on the stickers. My granddaughter was very disappointed as she wanted to play with it immediately. I was not able to contact you since I have been traveilling

Our 8-year-old loves drawing floor plans and has a creative imagination. She went crazy for this set and built a house by herself right away. Love it!

I would give this a 'great' rating, but it was missing the mat that the instructions said to build the models on. My daughter and I improvised and used cardboard. I think she will enjoy this set for years to come, but I expected,due to the cost, all the components would be in the box.

It was okay, but there should have been better instructions of how to do the layout...better pictures. It was all black and white. We figured it out, but I would not recommend this product.
