Purchased this for our 6 year old for Christmas. It has been a big hit! He plays with it almost every day, building new structures, testing ideas and, of course, knocking them down. Fun for adults too! Well worth the money.

This was a gift to our youngest grandson. He had selected it from your catalog so remarked: 'Just what I wanted' when he opened it. He's built many towers and ramps with the planks since getting them homeeven had his dad (our son) post a photo on Facebook of a particularly tall one.

Actually, i wanted to return these items but I did not have the invoice. The recipients of these gifts already had them and frankly did not like them. They indicated that the nature of the product led to a flimsy structure. I would appreciate a response.

This is a great product for all ages and it induces creativity and logic. Our entire family (ages 10-4) love to build contraptions and models using the enclosed ideas or create are our own.

I had to order a second set of these building sticks as our projects got bigger and bigger. Great for creativity.

Basically, this is a set of the planks with few balls and an idea booklet. Neat ideas, but way over priced. Would have rather put the money into a bigger set of blocks.

I got this for my great grandchildren to spur their imagination and attention spans. They are great! They provide hours of entertainment for the kids and are helping to attain the goals I wanted for them as well.

No matter what name they are marketed under, I am an ardent fan of these blocks. I bought this particular set because of the books that show ways to make marble-roll type structures. The ping pong balls are too fragile for my liking (one arrived broken) but they contribute to another way in which the planks can be utilized creatively.

My 9.5 year old nephew spent a few hours building ramps in the midst of the post Christmas chaos with a dozen people accidentally bumping parts of the construction resulting in the need for repairs. His mother reports that it has continued to hold his interest at home.

My 10 year old got this for Christmas and she has been spending hours creating Contraptions. The ideas in the instructions are a bit intimidating and complex, but she has created her own versions. The balls that are included aren't very durable so we plan on picking up some ping pong balls as replacements.

All pieces of both sets were same size whichmade construction much more difficult and limited. Also, the balls were not heavy enough to build enough momentum on angled creations. Disapointment to me and my grandson.

my 12 yr old daughter had this on her wish list for christmas. we played with them almost immediatly after unwrapping and the whole family joined in..including her 3 and 6 yr old sisters...for being such a simple idea, the possibilities are endless. we all love them and i would highly recommend these to anyone with a creative child

Just a bunch of uniform size wood blocks. You must have adults to direct the play in order to make any value on this. I would pay up to $25 on this, not $60 over priced.
