My daughter was excited to receive this bracelet maker for Christmas. Is convenient to take with you where ever you go with the bag. The bright colors catch the attention of young girls. There is also a small drawer for extra thread. It was a hit for a while, now it is just sitting in the corner.

I gave this to my 9 year old granddaughter. She and I have both had difficulty figuring out the directions and have not had success with a finished product. Very confusing.

6 yr old daughter loves it. Like how the strings are held in place, helps child to flow through the strings without them getting tangled.

She started right away, and after 5 minutes of practice/teaching by mom, she picked up the technique without any trouble. She has yet to finish her first bracelet... not sure if the novelty has worn off, or if just busy playing with her other new Christmas play things.

With some help from me the child was able to catch on and make a second bracelet without help. I wish instructions for other designs were included in the kit.

I got this for my daughter for christmas this year. She is 7 and loves it. I do find myself needing to help her so the age might need to be 8+ however, I still gave it a 5 because I can tell already that it is going to get a lot of use. I remember making friendship bracelets when I was young and sure would have loved something to keep the strings organized and in place! Very nice gift. Well made and sturdy.
