I bought this for 6 years old my son. He LOVES it, can not stop to play this. Connection is sometimes difficult but still works. I'll buy more parts.

I bought this for my 8 and 11 year old grandsons and they absolutely love it. They have had so much fun with it I am going to buy another set. They do not try to follow any patterns yetthey like to make their own marble runs. It is easy for them to put together and seems to be very well made. It's very creative and keeps them busy!

Bought this for my grandson who is almost 5.Pieces are difficult to fit together. Instructions are not clear. He could not play with it alone. He was frustrated and so were we. Very disappointing. First toy we bught from Mindware that was not up to par.

Great marble run. Hours of entertainment. Only drawback is that the on-line instructions for the designs are a bit hard to follow.

This was right up there with Lego Minecraft on my 6 yo's Christmas list. I almost did not get it due to some negative review that I read. I'm so glad I did not listen to them! He did need some assistance in setting up the pieces at first but when we found the website with patterns to build all of the different designs that made a world of difference, the plans are very easy to follow and you can build some pretty impressive structures. He also got the Zoom Stunt Set to go with this set and that makes a very nice addition to the set! Along with the plans that you can print out online it gives you a basic 7 block base design that you can build off of to make your own unique design, that was how we build the structure for the stunt set.I would highly recommend this product! It is worth the money and something that I know will be played with long after the other toys have been put in the closet.

It was a challenge to get started. Thats good. My 5 year old son plays and plays and plays with it. I wear reading glasses so it was diffucult to follow the examples in the booklet. Last page is a diagram of a base which I highly recomend using. I made two of those for a base and it is solid. This is truley a learning game that is fun.

My 6 year old loves this. It keeps him entertained by himself and We have marble races as a family. We incorporate it into studying - take turns - spell a word correctly to send marbles down. A great toy.

They are kind of hard to use on a smooth surface. They slide and you cannot build as high as needed to complete the plans given.They were very fun and entertaining!

Grandson loves to build but this toy was a disappointment. When a few pieces were joined together they would come apart. No clear instructions on how to put together samples. He is a wiz at creating and building but this was too frustrating. Do not recommend.

People need to be aware that a kindergartener can't just look at the pictures and build what they see. There were no specific instructions in the box so we had to go on-line. The insert showed pictures of forms that needed more than one big box, which was frustrating, too. With all this in mind, it is a good activity for adult/child interaction and I can see my grandson looking at the diagrams and understanding how they work, so it is a good learning process. (I have to admit, one set of directions didn't make a lot of sense in a couple of areas until a few steps later.) If more information was provided so the purchaser knew what to expect, this could have been given a higher rating. BTW, customer service is GREAT!!!!

Got it for my six year old son. He loves it. It is a little too complicated for my 4 year old son to do by himself. It says 5 and up on the box but I think most 5 year olds would not have the maturity to get a lot out of this it isn't like legos or bristleblocks where you can just stick the pieces together any old way. You have to plan a little bit ahead to create an interesting sequence for the ball to traverse.

I bought this for my 9 year old grandson. I have seen videos of him playing with it and it is a BIG hit. He is already asking for more pieces to create bigger and better mazes.

This is our 6 year old grandson's favorite Christmas toy. He can copy designs from computer or use his imagination to build many mazes. He has already asked for another box so he can build bigger and better mazes.

My 6 year old grandson enjoyed setting up marble mazes. His 3 year old brother copied him - but understood less about how the marbles would roll. An excellent toy.
