This is an excellent game for visual spatial awareness. It was a bit challenging for the younger children at first but once they got they hang of it they really liked it.

9 yr. old son loves it, actually competes with Dad, 8yr old son likes creating own designs. Very visual and induces variety of 'thinking' skills.

We purchased both quirkle and q-bits. Excellent games but rated too young. Quirkle is great for adults and older children but not 6 year old, also true of q-bits. I have smart grandchildren. They worked on it but not as a race.

Love this game! A friend came over with her kids and we played it and she ordered it that day! All 4 (age 4-9) of my kids enjoy it, and so do I - it is quick and easy to play and put away!
