I was very impressed with the quality of the lens. This is an excellent microscope for children. I bought this for my 5 year old, and she was capable of using it with no problem.

I purchased this microscope for my 7 yr old grand daughter for Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it arrived. The quality of the microscope is great and she has been mesmerized with it. We will be ordering more blank and sample slides for it. I will definitely purchase from Mindware in the future.

I got this microscope for my grandson for Christmas. He loves it but there was no case with it. It is difficult to keep all the parts and slides together and organized. It is also difficult to keep the microscope in a safe place when he is not using it.
