This was a Christmas gift for our 9 yr old granddaughter. It came quickly and was well packed. Looks like a nice piece of equipment for the price. Works well. Our granddaughter so far wants to be a scientist. This microscope is a nice introduction piece.

This is the most fun that my kids have had in a long time with a Christmas present. This was a gift from their grandparents to both of them for Christmas. My daughter has used this much more then my son. She has looked at the dog's hair and then compared it to both of our cats' hair then looked about our hair. I can see her playing and using this for quite some time. This is a very well made microscope kit. I am very impressed with the quality and easy use.

7 yrs old grandson just loves this. Would not break away all day on a cold miserable day. His mother has already taught him to make his own slides.

Our 10 year old granddaughter didn't ask for any toys this year - she is our budding scientist! So you can imagine how thrilled she was to receive this microscope kit. As former biology teachers, my husband and I were very impressed with the quality of this microscope and the inclusion of prepared slides for her to view. We will definitely be shopping this website for future presents.

I bought this for my 7 year old grandson for Christmas. Can't comment on item itself but in researching others, I'm sure he will be pleased-- therefore the 5 stars.

Grandchild was so excited over how clearly he could see things through this microscope. Great tools came with it to help him learn. Easy learning instructions. Recommendations on what you can do with the microscope in the book.
