Qwirkle is a 'must own' for lovers of logic and board games. I purchased this for my family for Christmas of '09, and since it has been opened it's been played almost everyday. The children love to play it when they have 'free time' during their school day.

Great quality with wooden tiles as compared with plastic pieces for most games. The kids loved the game too and it was easy to learn.

My granddaughter has wanted this game for two years since she played it at a party. We have played it together and we both enjoyed it. It is one of thse seemingly simple games like Mancala that require thinking on multiple levels.

This games is challenging for all ages. Adults get into using many strategies during their plays and younger children develop strategies the more that they play. It is great that the game is challenging even though there is no verbal language needed to play. I think it is more fun than Scrabble!We played often with our family during the holidays and I ended up giving one of the Qwirkle games that I purchased to our son-in-law and our daughter to take home since they enjoyed it so much. Our son-in-law does not like to play games as a rule, but he is hooked on Qwirkle! I highly reccommend this game!

We bought this game as a gift for our 7 year old and it has quickly become a family favorite. We play a couple times a week and enjoy it tremendously. It works for our 12 year old, 7 year old and our 6 year old (with a little reminding of the rules). I would highly recommend this game to all families.
