My six-year-old granddaughter loves this. It says it is appropriate for age 3 and up. I disagree with this age rating as I have a younger granddaughter who has played with it also and she is too young. It is great for the six-year-old, and I'm glad I purchased extra pads and supplies.

Immediately upon opening the pkg, the 9 year old started "teaching" the 3 year old. They kept this up until we called them to dinner. I think that speaks for itself.

My daughter loves this! The only thing I didn't like was that thekit doesn't contain a dry erase marker.

My grandchildren (4 and 6) LOVE this set. They play school all the time. My granddaughter makes the BEST teacher! Love that it folds away with its own carrying case.

I recently purchased this toy as a birthday gift for my 7 year old daughter. She loves it! It was a big hit at her party. Her friends were more interested in playing school than in the party games we had planned!

I purchased 2 sets for 2 grandchildren. Played with them after Christmas. I was disappointed with product and did not feel it was worth the $40 paid. The concept was great, but quality poor. Could not easily write on board without it constantly falling over.

When we visited Santa this year, he told my daughter, 'You will receive something from me on Christmas morning that will make you feel happy the whole day.' Five days after Christmas, she said to me, 'Mama, I know that Santa was talking about my teacher set because it is STILL making me feel happy!' She is 6 and adores this product. I love that all of the extra pieces we ordered fit neatly into pockets and sleeves on the big board, and the whole thing folds up, snaps together with velcro, and has a handy carrying handle. I did not think the extra 3 pointer tools were totally necessary, but I am glad I bought them as my daughter has her 'students' use them in class to point to answers. Worth every penny!

My daughter has not stopped using this since she got it. This allows my 8 year old and her friends to to creatively role play and keep busy for hours!

My six year old daughter loves playing school. She has taught students of all ages and has played for hours. She loves teaching and grading the work. She's a tough teacher. She gave my sister, a college professor with a PhD in Mathematics, a 'C'!

Both my daughters can play school games together especially on rainy days. The older one sets up lesson plans for the younger and sometimes they have imaginary class with stuffed animals and toys. One is 9 and the other is 13 so don't judge a book by its cover!
